Shipping policy

1. Shipping Overview

We aim to dispatch all health kits, supplements, and relevant materials promptly and securely. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your order type and location within Australia.


2. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. This includes all states and territories.
We do not ship internationally at this time.


3. Processing Times

  • Test Kits & Genetic Packs: Dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Supplements or Product Orders: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We use Australia Post and reputable national couriers. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional & Rural: 3–8 business days

Note: Delivery may take longer during peak periods, weather events, or regional delays.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: $7.95 flat rate across Australia

  • Express Shipping (optional): $12.95

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $99 AUD

Pathology request forms delivered via email incur no shipping cost.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the carrier’s website (e.g. Australia Post).


7. Shipping of Pathology Request Forms

If your purchase includes a pathology request form only (no kit), this will be:

  • Delivered via secure email within 24–48 hours

  • Valid for use at approved collection centres only (as listed on our website)


8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed:

  • We may charge a $10 re-shipping fee

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer


9. Lost or Damaged Items

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days at help@goodnesslabs.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)

  • We will liaise with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or peak periods are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
